  1. How long does it take for SIGNWORKS to complete my order?

    There really isn't a short answer to this question. Some projects can be produced in minutes and some may take weeks or even months. Let us know when you need your job completed and we'll work our best to get it done!

  2. What is a Design Validation?

    A Design Validation is our way of ensuring that we have met your design criteria and accurately illustrated the requirements of your project. This document may include approval for text, font, size, color, style, and build specifications. Before we begin production, we will send you a Design Validation for your sign-off and final approval.

  3. Why do I need to sign-off on a Design Validation?

    Your approval on the Design Validation is assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone if potential errors are caught in the proofing/approval process rather than after the job is completed.

  4. What is the best way to exchange information with SIGNWORKS?

    We have several methods of communicating with our clients. Email, fax, phone, online file transfers (at our FTP site) and personal visits are all common practices in our business. It is important to us that we make it easy to do business and save you time!
